CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or the pain of past experiences begin to interfere with the life you want to live. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you and feel disconnected from what matters most. Therapy provides a space where you can gain perspective and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I also enjoy helping parents strengthen connection, communication, and confidence in their parenting.
My training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, IFS, Grief work, Play Therapy, and Sandtray. My approach is compassionate and mindfulness-based, person-centered, and systems-focused, helping clients develop greater flexibility, self-understanding, and confidence as they navigate life's challenges.
I believe that people already possess many of the strengths and resources needed for healing and growth. My role is to help you identify what is getting in the way, reconnect with your values, and move toward the life you want to create. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward healing, growth, and a more meaningful life.
In my personal life, I enjoy baking, playing games, date nights, spending time with my family, music, and thunderstorms. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or for your child, I encourage you to take the next step in finding hope and healing and schedule a time to talk with me today.
“When you get reactive, get curious. You have a wound that is asking to be healed.”
— Mark Groves
