When You've Done the Work but Still Feel Stuck
Have you spent years trying to understand yourself, your relationships, or what happened to you—yet still find yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand? Maybe you've gained insight and learned coping skills, but something still feels unresolved. Maybe you understand why you feel the way you do, yet your emotions, relationships, or reactions haven't changed in the way you hoped. I offer specialized Brainspotting therapy and extended intensives for adults who are ready for a deeper, focused therapeutic experience.
You may be functioning well on the outside while carrying anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, grief, or the effects of past experiences beneath the surface. You don't have to keep talking about the same things without experiencing meaningful change.
With more than 13 years of experience as a therapist and specialized certification in Brainspotting, I offer an individualized, trauma-informed approach for adults who are ready to move beyond insight and explore deeper therapeutic work.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all process.
Brainspotting can be particularly valuable when you understand your experiences intellectually but continue to experience emotional, physical, or relational responses that seem difficult to change through insight alone. Our work may incorporate Brainspotting alongside other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, depending on your goals and what feels appropriate for you.
I will never ask you to move faster than you're ready to move. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore difficult experiences while developing greater awareness, regulation, and connection with yourself.
You Don't Have to Know Exactly Where to Begin.
You don't need to arrive with the perfect explanation of what's wrong. You may simply know that something isn't working anymore—or that you're ready for something different. Together, we'll identify what you're hoping to change and determine whether traditional therapy, Brainspotting, an intensive format, or a combination of approaches is the right fit for you.
After more than 13 years in this profession, I have learned that meaningful therapy isn't about rushing toward a particular outcome. It's about creating the right conditions for people to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
If you're ready to explore what's keeping you stuck, I invite you to reach out.
Private-pay services are available. Superbills may be provided for clients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Please verify coverage directly with your insurance company.

"Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place."
— Paulo Coelho
Brainspotting Intensives:
For some clients, meaningful therapeutic work benefits from having more time than a traditional 50-minute session allows. I offer 90-minute, 2-hour, and 3-hour Brainspotting intensives for clients who want dedicated, uninterrupted time to focus on a particular concern or therapeutic goal. Extended sessions can provide additional space for preparation, focused processing, and integration without having to stop just as the work is beginning to unfold.
Intensives may be a good fit if:
You've been in therapy before but continue to feel stuck.
You have a specific experience or concern you'd like to focus on.
You want to devote more concentrated time to your therapeutic work.
You experience emotional responses that feel difficult to resolve through talking alone.
You are looking for a deeper, more focused therapeutic experience.
You prefer fewer, longer sessions rather than weekly 50-minute appointments.
