MEET OUR THERAPISTS

Elisa Pavlis, LPC

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Life has a way of bringing us to places we never expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it alone. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but it can also be the first step toward creating a life that feels more peaceful, meaningful, and authentic.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted—without judgment. I believe every person has a unique story, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

As both a therapist and someone who has experienced profound loss and life's unexpected turns, I know that healing isn't about pretending the hard things never happened. It's about learning to carry them differently, rediscovering hope, and finding joy again. While I won't pretend to have all the answers, I will walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and encouragement as you navigate your own journey.

I work primarily with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and questions of identity or self-worth. I also enjoy helping clients strengthen communication, establish healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves.

Outside of the counseling office, you'll most likely find me walking in the Boise foothills, traveling, spending time with family and friends, or planning my next adventure. I love being outdoors, attending Broadway shows and musicals, working on a good jigsaw puzzle, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life. Those experiences remind me that healing doesn't only happen in therapy—it also happens through connection, laughter, purpose, and creating a life that feels worth living.

I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue advanced training so I can provide the highest quality care for my clients. It is a privilege to be invited into people's stories, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them as they discover their resilience, reclaim their voice, and create lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and hopeful.

"Some people see scars, and it is the wounding they remember. To me, they are proof of the fact that there is healing.”
