NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
You don’t have to navigate life's difficulties alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or struggling, I offer a supportive space where we can work together to overcome obstacles. Wherever you are on your journey, I'll join you to facilitate healing and help you recognize your strengths. I see each person as unique, providing personalized attention to address your specific needs and empowering you with the tools to find happiness.
In our sessions, you'll feel safe and valued as we collaborate to navigate through your difficulties. Together, we'll strive to understand your experiences and pave a path toward a successful future.
My expertise lies in working with adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with trauma, grief, and various challenges such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, faith transitions, and relational stress. I utilize evidence-based techniques including acceptance and mindfulness strategies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma and life's adversities.
I offer comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs, focusing on fostering personal growth and nurturing meaningful relationships.
Moreover, I have experience assisting individuals, particularly teens, with eating disorders, as well as challenges related to faith transitions and mixed-faith relationships.
Outside of counseling, I love spending time with my husband and three children. We enjoy outdoor activities, water sports, and concerts, along with bonding over board games with family and friends. Together, we navigate life's journey, embracing both its joys and challenges. Personally, I love a good psychological thriller, indulging in long lunches with friends, and playing with my German Shepherd.
“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't.”
